Returns & Refunds
If a customer would like to refund a physical item purchased on this website, the customer must let us know within 15 days, as per UK law. The customer then needs to return the product to the address we have provided and ensure that it has reached us within 30 days from when they received the items in order to get a return. We will process the refund within 14 days of us receiving the goods. If the item has been purchased elsewhere, the refund must be processed where it was purchased. It is not possible to get a refund on digital products, but should a customer be unhappy with any such items, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To be eligible for a return on a physical product, the item must be unused and in the same condition that the customer received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Should these requirements not be met, the product will not be refunded and only be sent back to the customer if the customer pays for the return postage up front.
To complete a return, we require a receipt from our webshop. Let us know at email@example.com and we will start the process of refund. Please note that any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not receive a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that we are a UK company and only receive returns to a UK address. You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item within the given timeframe.
